Eric Hinzpeter

Content strategist by day. Building agents and automations the rest of the time, and writing about what works.

The work

Content strategy is the day job. The work behind it, positioning, campaigns, editorial, hasn't changed. What changed is how fast I get from idea to draft.

Around that I build automation with Claude, Gemini, and GPT. Mostly content pipelines and research agents. The moment I catch myself doing the same thing twice, I write the workflow.

This site is the public log of what works and what fails.

How I got here

It probably started with Settlers 3. As a kid I built self-sustaining settlements: wood in, planks out, raise buildings, grow food, process raw materials. Same feeling lands today when an automation runs.

I was using AI tools a bit before ChatGPT. Started with things like copy.ai, signed up for the GPT-2 beta. When GPT-3.5 dropped, the first reaction was that it had to be a scam. It wasn't. That was the shift.

Since then I try everything that ships. Some stays, most doesn't. Whatever stays becomes part of the stack below.

Photography on the side, mostly travelling or on the street. One context I stay offline in on purpose.
